Jack's Last Day of School

Jack's last day of Preschool and last day at the Early Childhood Center (ECC) was June 20th. It was field day and Vanessa, Josie and I went to his school to cheer him on and to participate in field day. This is a big day for Jack, because he has been going to this school since he was 3 years old. He is graduating to go on to Kindergarten where he will be in the "C.A.R.E. Program" where they will slowly integrate him into "mainstream" kindergarten throughout the year. The goal is obviously to get Jack to be completely "mainstreamed" with minimal assistance. While we are apprehensive about Jack going to a new school with "regular" kids, we know that he continues to make us proud by doing well and continually improving in school and at home! We will miss ECC and the teachers and staff, who have taken care of us so well for the last 3 years. Here are some shots from the big day:
